أدركت متأخرًا

أدركتُ متأخرًا…
أن الحب وحده لا يكفي.

أن من يُحب قد يرحل،
ومن يبقى قد لا يحب.

أدركت أن اللقاء لا يعني البقاء،
وأن الوعود ليست دائمًا صادقة،
حتى إن قيلت من القلب.

كنت أظن أنني إذا أحببت بصدق،
فإنك ستفهم… وستبقى.

لكنك فهمت،
ثم مشيت…
كما يمشي الذي لا ينظر خلفه،
وكأن قلبي لم يكن يمشي معك.

English:

I realized too late…
That love alone is not enough.

That those who love may still leave,
And those who stay may not love.

I realized that meeting doesn’t mean staying,
And promises aren’t always true—
Even if spoken from the heart.

I thought that if I loved you honestly,
You’d understand… and stay.

But you understood,
And still walked away—
Like someone who never looks back,
As if my heart hadn’t walked with you.
